Finding My School's Account Details

As a School Admin, you can see your school's account details by clicking your profile picture and name in the top right corner.

The Account ID and PIN are visible right there at the top of the menu, and you can find additional information by selecting School Details.


School details include the following:
  1. School Information (Name, Address, Admin Contact, etc)
  2. Account ID and PIN: 9-Digit AccountID and 4-digit PIN used to authenticate your VR Headsets. The PIN is hidden. To reveal the PIN, click the eye icon to the right.
  3. Teacher Code: Used by the teachers of the school to sign up as a teacher.
  4. Student Code: Used by the students of the school to sign up as a student.
  5. License Information: Scroll down to see License Information which includes:
    1. Platform License: You can view the following information after clicking on the Platform License bar. 
      1. Number of Users
      2. Date of Expiry
      3. Analytics Access
    2. Content License: You can view the following information after clicking on the ContentLicense bar. 
      1. Number of Courses
      2. Number of Devices
      3. Date of Expiry
      4. If you are allowed for Login Via Name
      5. If you are allowed for Login via Password
      6. Compatible Devices
      7. Languages available
